WITH_CTF is real­ly usable now

I just com­mit­ted a patch which makes WITH_CTF usable now.

Yes, you could use it before, but you had to remem­ber to spec­i­fy it at each build. Now you can add it to your ker­nel con­fig (via makeop­tions), and then you can for­get about it.
