I had the plea­sure to be invit­ed this sum­mer for a schwenker party.
All i can say, is that it is a real­ly cool way to do a bbq.
No real need to pay “too much” atten­tion to not burn the meat.
It sway gen­tly above the fire wait­ing to be picked up.
The only prob­lem, but it is the same with a coal bbq, is the smoke.
i think, i will build one,
more easy to trans­port than half a bar­rel or a real bbq for out­door parties.
but where to find a so nice safe and strong grill plate ^^
